Running Back Evan Pryor Out with Knee Injury

Evan Pryor is expected to miss the 2022 season due to a knee injury.
According to several reports, including Eleven Warriors and Rival’s Austin Ward, the significant knee injury will sideline the sophomore running back for the 2022 season. Pryor released multiple posts on social media, including Twitter and Instagram, alluding to the injury, and today it was confirmed.
Several teammates have shown support already, including TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams, who have have been taking the starting snaps with the first team offense so far in training camp.
Pryor showed great flashes during the spring game, rushing for 9 carries and 62 yards with a touchdown, and adding 44 yards on 4 catches receiving. He was expected to be the 3rd running back in the depth chart, and filling in for situational packages this season. In 2021, he had 21 carries for 98 yards and a touchdown, along with 2 catches for 8 yards.
With the injury, Dallan Hayden will look to fill in that spot, and leaves Ohio State with 3 healthy running backs now for the season.
We wish Evan Pryor the best, and hope for a quick and healthy recovery and cant wait to see him play soon for the Buckeyes. Buckeye Nation is rooting for him.
